Qualified B2B buyers only: IVD distributors, hospital and reference laboratories, public-health institutions and institutional procurement projects. We do not sell to individuals or for consumer use.
Are you the manufacturer?
No. We are an independent sourcing liaison. Products are manufactured and exported by the contracting manufacturer or exporter, with whom you conclude the commercial contract directly. We facilitate the requirement-mapping, introduction and documentation process.
What certifications do the product lines carry?
It varies by product family and model. Flagship molecular panels hold NMPA Class III registrations; the HbA1c and immunofluorescence POCT lines carry CE, FDA and ISO 13485 (TÜV) certification; chemiluminescence platforms hold EU CE-IVDR. Exact, model-level certificate availability is confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Can you support registration in my country?
We provide the documentation package (CE certificates, FDA evidence, FSC, COA, IFU, quality-system certificates) that your local regulatory adviser needs. Destination-market registration remains the buyer's responsibility; the contracting exporter may provide legalisation or notarisation support where available.
What about cold chain and shelf life?
Reagent classes differ: molecular PCR reagents typically ship at 2–8°C; selected dried-format assays and HbA1c/POCT reagents have reduced cold-chain requirements. Storage temperature, shelf life and packing configuration are confirmed per exact model before quotation.
Do you supply reagents on a recurring basis?
Yes. Instrument-led projects are structured with a reagent and consumable replenishment programme sized to your installed base. Distributors can apply for annual supply frameworks covering controls, calibrators and consumables.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product family — instruments typically start from single units; assay minimums are defined per kit size and destination country. Share your volume estimate in the RFQ and we will come back with the supplier's terms.
Who issues the quotation and contract?
The contracting manufacturer or exporter issues the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract and all export documents. IVD Relay does not sign supply contracts or hold inventory.

Partner product lines have export track records across 95–110+ countries, with established registrations in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa. Availability is always verified at the model and destination-country level.
How fast do you respond?
Initial response within 24 hours on working days. Model-level documentation packages are typically assembled within 2–5 working days, subject to supplier authorisation.
